These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Sensor42 websites, applications, APIs, reports, dashboards, exports, and related services. By accessing or using Sensor42, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You may use Sensor42 only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and are using the service for lawful purposes. If you use Sensor42 on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Sensor42 provides App Store intelligence tools and related functionality, including search, tracking, comparisons, keyword and developer pages, reports, exports, APIs, subscriptions, and credits-based features. We may add, change, limit, suspend, or remove features at any time, with or without notice.
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your account is being misused, has been compromised, or creates risk for the service or other users.
Sensor42 aggregates, estimates, transforms, and presents data from third-party and public sources together with internally processed metrics.
You understand and agree that data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, estimated, inferred, or incorrect. App metrics, ratings, review counts, keyword positions, trend values, comparisons, charts, speeds, and similar outputs are provided for informational purposes only. Third-party platforms may change data, access rules, structures, or availability at any time.
Sensor42 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, freshness, or suitability of any output. You are solely responsible for verifying information before relying on it for business, product, marketing, financial, legal, investment, or other decisions.
You may submit or store information in the service, such as tracked lists, categories, keywords, notes, filters, searches, saved comparisons, support messages, and similar account-related content.
You retain rights you may have in your content. You grant Sensor42 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, adapt, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your content and your use of the service do not violate law or the rights of others.
Sensor42 and its licensors own the service, including software, design, text, compilations, processing methods, trademarks, branding, and related intellectual property rights, except for third-party materials and your own content. These Terms give you only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
Certain features require a paid subscription, credits, or both.
Unless required by law or expressly stated by us or the payment provider, fees are non-refundable. Payments, renewals, cancellations, invoices, and certain billing operations may be handled by third-party providers and may also be subject to their terms.
Your use of Sensor42 is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Sensor42 may link to, integrate with, or display information from third-party websites, app stores, infrastructure providers, analytics tools, payment services, and other external services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, third-party content, or third-party terms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, your use creates legal, operational, or security risk, payment is overdue or reversed, we are required to do so by law or by a third-party provider, or we discontinue all or part of the service.
You may stop using the service at any time. If you want account deletion or cancellation, you may contact support.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sensor42 is provided "as is" and "as available."
We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, or that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or meet your requirements, that any data or output will be accurate, complete, current, or useful, or that any decision made based on the service will produce a particular result. Sensor42 is an information tool, not legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, or professional advice.
You use Sensor42 entirely at your own risk.
You are solely responsible for how you interpret or use any data, export, API response, report, estimate, or output, and for any actions taken or not taken based on the service. Your sole and exclusive remedy if you are dissatisfied with Sensor42 is to stop using the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sensor42 and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, use, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the service or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Sensor42 for all claims arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Sensor42 for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50 if you have not paid Sensor42 anything. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sensor42 and its affiliates, service providers, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or the rights of a third party.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted, unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of the service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with any plan, pricing, or checkout terms presented to you and our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Sensor42 regarding the service.
